31:2. पण खरा ज्ञानी परमेश्वर आहे. त्यांच्यावर संकटे आणणारा परमेश्वरच असेल. परमेश्वराची आज्ञा बदलण्याची ताकद लोकांत असणार नाही. पापी लोकांच्याविरूध्द (यहुदाच्याविरूद्द) देव उभा राहील आणि लढेल. ह्या पापी लोकांना मदत करणाऱ्या लोकांविरूध्द म्हणजे मिसरच्या लोकांविरूध्दही देव लढेल.

31:2. Yet he too is wise and he will bring disaster; he does not retract his decree. He will attack the wicked nation, and the nation that helps those who commit sin.
