1:10. “ते सैनिक इतर राष्ट्रांच्या राजांना हसतील. परदेशी राज्यकर्ते त्यांच्या दृष्टीने चेष्टेचा विषय असेल. उंच व भक्कम तटबंदी असलेल्या गावांची ते टर उडवतील. ते तटाच्या भिंतीच्या टोकापर्यंत मातीचे साधे रस्ते बांधून सहजगत्या गावांचा पाडाव करतील.

1:10. They mock kings and laugh at rulers. They laugh at every fortified city; they build siege ramps and capture them.
